SHAPE Provider Certification

List of SHAPE Certified Providers

"The SHAPE online physician certification course is the first such validation physicians can achieve to document that they understand the proven benefit of accurately identifying asymptomatic patients and the benefit of screening these patients. The identification of vulnerable patients, and matching the intensity of therapy to the intensity of risk, is invaluable."

Matthew Budoff, M.D., FACC, FAHA

"I just completed the first 2 modules; they are spectacular and I can't wait to finish them all. This is terrific, highly educational material".

       F. Carter Newton, MD, FACC
